for me fasting is almost an impossible task. and exercising is a difficult task.

fasting makes some pple add weight. cos whn dey break d fast, they eat breakfast,lunch n dinner altogether.

That is why I am advising people on embarking on this kind of slimming practice. It is fast but very deadly, besides Ketosis, it could lead to acute Hypoglycemia. Thanks for the concern.
