I believe that when a people is powerless, they can be strong if they join forces together. For example, if there is a monster that weighs 10,000kg, and there are minors that weighs 50kg each, though one of them can hardly defeat the monster yet, if 1000 of them rise up and say enough is enough, then they will be able to defeat that dreaded monster. So as Nigerian youths, lets drop our complains here, the government and the world is reading it.

As staff of a company owned by a single man, I have discovered a lot of molestation from the boss (Director), workers are being sacked for no decent reason, worst of all, they are being relieved of their jobs without compensation, those that are still employed are being treated as slaves because they dread losing their jobs. I can't wait for the day that legal actions will be taken against those oppressors.

Other comments, suggestions. Let's have a voice.

Thank you caseless, its good to know that there are still youths out there who know the way forward in this country. Yes inactions is one of the major problems we are facing in Nigeria, everybody believes that nothing work in our system. Nobody have any faith in our legal system. So lawyers in the house this is your chance to educate Nigerians.

Its not surprising to see such few replies here. There can hardly be any decent revolution or change in this country because a lot is wrong with the mindset of our people. If this topic was named "100 people died of plane crash in Lagos", or "May God come down to save Nigeria", or "Man Utd declare best club of the year", there would have been loads of replies, and it would have made the front page but when it concerns the future of our nation, and how to act reasonably, you see people not commenting because they don't care about he future of the country or their children.
