It is legal once you use legally as it was because of illegal use by Nigerians that it was banned away from Nigerian.

For your info,PayPal knows that I'm a Nigerians and so likewise other Nigerians.

Actively using it for more than 2 years now and as well integrated it to one of my sites.

Open and use it LEGALLY to creating wealth legally.Thanks

I've shared enough about PayPal on Nairaland but just posted when I feel relieved of the pains I normally go through when I didn't know much about PayPal or have one but I have two active one since 2 years now and as well being of benefit to some smart Nigerians that I'm offering my PayPal account complete service.
