dear Doctors,
Gudday, 2weeks ago my girlfriend complained to me that she was having cramps and feeling tired.... Yesterday i took her to a hospital,she had two test ULTRASOUND AND BLOOD TEST bt both came out negative. This is wat wz shown on the ultrasound test result.
*NORMAL MYOMETRIAL ECHOES AND OULTINE SEEN
*THE ENDOMETRIAL PLATE IS SEEN AND APPEARS NORMAL
*NO CYESIS OR RETAINED PRODUCT OF CONCEPTION IS SEEN
*NO EVIDENCE OF INTRA/EXTRA UTERINE LEIOMYOMA SEEN
*BOTH OVARIES SHOW NO OBVIOUS ABNORMALITY.
*THE ADNEXAE AND POUCH OF DOUGLAS APPEAR FREE

SONOGRAPHIC FEATURES DEPICT-*ANTEVERTED UTERUS
*NO CYESIS/RETAINED PRODUCT
*NO INTRA/EXTRA UTERINE MYOMA
*NO OVARIAN LESION
*NIL ADNEXAE/POD
*ESSENTIALLY NORMAL PELVIC/UTERINE SONOGRAM.

The blood test came out Negative yesterday but why did she miss her period and she havent seen it up to this hour.*PLS DOCTOR HELP ME* THANKS.

Maybe she has an Infection...

what kinda infection would that be? and what medication need to be taken? Thanks for ur reply.

Infection -blood and mucus cultured needed to determine medication
Stress
Poor diet
Illness
Cyst
Recently moved in with group of females or recent working with group of females (periods will change to the point groups of females who spend large amounts of time together get their periods around the same time)
Hormone fluctuations
Lost or gained large amounts of weight
BMI bellow or above uterine function level (reproductive system shuts down if too skinny or too fat)
Other reasons as well

yesterday she was crying,she had a painful cramp.....and no period yet...im confuse!

She needs to see a certified obgyn

make sure he attended and graduated medical school and is an obgyn specialist. Sounds like a cyst and found require surgery. Do not take her to a general care dr or one in a small private hospital
