ANYONE IN THE HOUSE WAITING TO BE INVITED FOR THE LAST STAGE OF ETB'S INTERVIEW? THIS SEEMS LIKE GOOD NEWS, CAUSE I CALLED SOMEONE IN THEIR HR IN LAGOS AND WAS TOLD THAT SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES IN PREVIOUS INTERVIEW(S) ARE INVITED IN BADGES, AND THAT I SHOULD CHECK MY MAIL BOX OFTEN FOR THEY ARE INVITING VIA MAIL AND NOT THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES. TO CONFIRM HOW TRUE THIS INFORMATION MIGHT BE, I'LL ADVISE THOSE RESIDING IN LAGOS TO VISIT ETB'S HR TO CONFIRM THEIR STATUS, HENCE EVERY OTHER INFORMATION WOULD BE DIVULGED TO YOU IF YOU ARE THROUGH TO THE LAST STAGE (i.e SUCCESSFUL). FELLOW LANDERS, PLEASE LETS KEEP HOPE ALIVE FOR IN DUE CAUSE WE SHALL CROSS THE JOB SEARCH BRIDGE. ANY INFO CONTRARY TO MINE, PLEASE POST FOR OUR CURIOUSITY TO BE SATISFIED.

yes its true,i was invited for continuation of final interview last week after two previous final interviews in october and november.its not an easy wait but i just have to have hope in God that i will one day collect that letter,am actually trying to change banks and the wait and frequent visits to etb HR has been time waisting, but amazingly for the first time in more than a year that i was first called we were given light refreshment which surprised all of us and we concluded that if they are doing that then they already consider us as one of them.
i have seen the MD and the board twice.i pray that the next call i get is 4 my letter and it had better come very very soon,infact like today.
can u believe that i do not actually know how much am going to earn?all i know is that i was told i will get third level,pls any one with how much that is?

I heard that the last interview might not be the final. The person I contacted at the HR said that they are not sure if it will be the last.

I attended the same interview session, but did not notice anything like refreshment.
Pls I want to know if you submited your credentials that day, cos nobody asked me to submit mine.

The second stage usually centres on your course of study. You will meet a panel of about 4 high ranking officials (mostly GMs). Try to be consice and professional in your explanations.

well am an experienced hire and i have attended more than 12 interviews in etb and yet no letter.so just pray that urs will not be like that.the same is the case 4 a lot of people,a lot have changed jobs even twice during their waiting.
but pls what actuall is the pay structure in etb,cuz i honestly do not know,i was told that when i see my letter i will know. and will not be dissapointed.una don see that kind before?

please help i did my interview in lagos and since then no reply or any info relating to the interview, please help me out about dis. God bless

if no word from them u better go ther or call.its like they only remember only those who put pressure on them,except u have high connection then u can go to sleep.u have to show ur face there all the time.
