Per photocopy of document, There is no need to worry about all these things. Most of these document will be required again from you at a later phase of this scholarship. For example those going to Russia will have to undergo comprehensive medical test at Ave Maria Hospital, VI, Lagos. This is the only Hospital recognized by the Russian Embassy for Visa stuffs.
You will still be required to get NDLEA certification which takes like forever (don't know maybe FSB will help with this). Do not be surprised that you will be asked to get another police report because they are only valid for 3 months....meaning the ones submitted during interview will be useless after May 2013....

Do not expect any call from FSB till Early August. Russia-bound scholars should put their eyes on early November to leave the shores of Nigeria. I have seen a situation where Nigerian students did not arrive Russia until mid December when 1s semester was almost ending.

Anyways if there is any positive change...then A better Nigeria is round the corner.

Also the BEA stuff has a particular number from each state so ders no how they can screen out all of us

I will advise you to get the number of the Oversea Scholarship division (BEA) somewhere on this forum, call them and table your issue. Personally I don't think you have any issue.

50/50 *40 = 40 if u get 25 questions rite that wil be.
