Eba is one of my best food. I like it becos it's heavy.But I heard that it causes diabetes.semolina is not heavy and cannot take me through the day. Pounded yam is not commonly sold and very difficult to prepare. The powdered flour yam is not as sweet as the real pounded yam. Pounding machine does't pound it smooth. I don't like starch,akpu, fufu and lafun. Plantain amala is ok but not a heavy diet
