I have observed with interest that Nigerians would place 3, 4 or sometimes 5 or 6 stickers on wind screen & back screen of their vehicle. Even obsolete ones dated as far back as 2010 would still be left there.I have the Winners stickers for 2010, 2011 and 2012. The alumnus sticker of the University i attended making a total of 4. 2 on the wind screen, 2 on the back screen. So, how many of such stickers/fliers do you have in your car and when does it becomes too much?

I can only afford to put two - vehicle license and alumni. Any addition to these is simply irritating.

Four NBA stickers, 2 front 2 back. It was circumstance that made it 4. But i think 4 is too much. 2 is the best.

You never see stickers on really expensive cars like Range Rover, Porsche, BMW 5 & 7 series, Mercedes, etc, na datsun, 504, nissan bluebird, primera, etc dey pack sticker put!

Why do you need "Year of Abundance" or "Year of Jubilation" or "I am a winner" or Oyedepo is my God" stickers on your car?

I hate any sticker on a car.

I don't have any sticker on my car. If any law enforcement officer asks for it, i will gently pull-over and produce all that is necessary from my glove compartment. Why should i paste stickers? They are better off where they are. As for those that put sticker like " 2013 is my year of break through" "I shall live and not die" you are all wasting your time because your life does not lie in your sticker. IKEDINOBI

Just my motor vehicle sticker and my N B A sticker. The other machine has the NBA sticker and the ministry of justice sticker. My benz has only the Nigerian Police Force sticker

poverty mentality

I am a bit skeptical about posters on car in Nigeria because of the insecurity in the system. E.g

A car has winners church poster
It has GTB
It has Great Ife Alumni.
It has the estate where he resides poster.

With these four posters,I can deduce some info about the owner. I can get his office, home, church, etc.. Eventhough, it might not be 100% accurate.

I'm a Christian, I don't condemn Church poster on car but let's be security conscious especially in a country we are with low or zero security system.

One @ a time- to advertise coming church events, and is removed immediately after programme. NOW...NONE.

I nearly had my car impounded by Road-Safety officials in Okene on my way to Abuja from Lagos. I had my church logo angrily removed by a senior official when i beat the traffic.
She called me a hypocrite; she was right; that is what many of us are. That experience changed my ways behind the wheels till today.

Infact the only one on my vehicles is the Jesus my elder brother posted on my BMW when he went to Lagos to drive the car to East.

I have seen cars with many Jesus crash and kill people.
