I don't know the causes and the implications all i know is that you need prayers. You don't need to search for pastor to pray for you. All you need is to examine yourself to see if you are doing some things that God hate (sin) then stop that things, ask God to forgive you of that sin. Chose fasting and prayer for yourslf to ask God to stop that dream.

Fast and pray. Ask God to cleanse you from spiritual pollution and break every ungodly spiritual ties in your life. Ask God for strength to resist fornication/immoral thoughts if you have that problem.
