We are looking for a full time customer service Specialist for Topdowndeals.com. The customer service agent will be in charge of online customer service on topdowndeals.com. As a video gaming retail company, we are seeking a candidate that is a gaming enthusiast and knowledgeable about Video Games to recommend and answer customers questions.

The prospective agent must have internet access and will be able to work from home, able to log on into our Live Help desk software and answer questions raised by customers browsing the website.

Agent will be responsible for the following:

Answering live customers questions about Products
Payment issues
Delivery date of Product
Warranty Issues
Returns & Refund
Release dates of New Games

We are looking for a College graduate with past customer service experience, able to be logged on from 10am to 6pm, Good typing skills, proficient in English, has their own computer or laptop and has access to the internet.
