Going by the breakthroughs recorded by INEC in the just concluded gubernatorial election in Ondo state and the one held in Edo state ealier. Both local and international observers and various human right and interest grougs have adjudged the elections as free,fair and credible. Now a cross section of Nigerian society is advocating for a starggered pattern in which the two elections were held considering the brilliant INEC logistic approach and its effect on the overall conduct of the elections coupled with the heavy presence of security personnels which made the entire processes completely violence free.
