Todays Jobs Finder is a job search engine designed to make the process of finding a job on the internet easier for the user. It maps and aggregates the huge selection of job offerings available on the internet in one extensive database by referencing job listings originating from job boards, recruitment agency websites and large specialist recruitment sites. Using a fast and straightforward interface, users can query this database and save themselves the trouble of visiting each site individually. The job offerings themselves are not hosted by TodaysJobsFinder.com and users are always redirected to the original job listing. Essentially,Todays Jobs Finder acts as traffic driver to those sites.


Our technology

Todays Jobs Finder uses smart agents running on a cluster of networked computers that scan the web and identify job listings on the internet such as on small recruitment agencies websites which may only display few jobs or on larger job boards that feature thousands of jobs. Those listings are then scanned daily and the jobs found are added to the job index. Over 70,000 websites are scanned every 6 hours.

How to use the website
It is easy. Select Nigeria on from the list of countries in Drop down menu on the top right corner of the website, you can then search based on the categories , by location(we cover the 36 state in Nigeria)

What are keywords?

Keywords are the words you enter as criteria to narrow down your job search.
For example: sales representative

How can I improve my search?

You can add words to specify your search,
use (" " quotation marks for exact word combinations,
and a (-) minus symbol in front of the word to exclude it from the search.
For example: "civil Engineering" -electrical
for a civil Engineering job that does not involve electrical.

How can I use the Todays Jobs Finder to find the job that I am looking for?

I found a job listing that interests me, how can I apply?

The details to apply to a position should appear in the job offer.
There may be a form to fill out or a request for an emailed CV.

Is my information automatically sent to the recruiter when I apply for a job?

If you fill out your information as directed on the recruiter's own website, they should be able to receive your details. If you think an error may have occurred and you want to verify that they received your information, try contacting them.

I applied online for a position and I am not sure if it went through because a confirmation was never sent.
Some recruiters send a confirmation email when you apply for a job, but not all of them do. Since a confirmation is not guaranteed, it does not necessarily mean that your application was not received.
