Prince William’s criminal filing in the case of nude photos of his wife Kate Middleton, published recently in several magazines and circulated online, may have just gotten some legs. The Mirror reports the name of the photographer who snapped around 200 photos of the couple sunbathing — Kate, in various stages of UnCloth — has been turned over to authorities in Paris.

A source said, “William and Kate are determined to bring the person who took those photos to justice, and they’re pushing hard for a custodial sentence. They want to make an example of this person.”
