Please gurus in the house i need ur help urgently, a call came this morning from a friend and i tried picking d call d next thing was dat my nokia 6260 freezes and i cudnt turn it off so i ha dto remove d battery. so wen i turn it on it always go blank after displaying nokia. please wat do i do.your responses are highly appreciated.

hard format it:
turn off the phone and hold down the following keys: * + 3 + green button(answer button) and then press power button, still hold the buttons down until the phone comes on and shows fotmatting, . make sure ur battery is full before doing this.

its not a flex thing, the phone comes up and shows "NOKIA", wetin him wan change flex for?

i know, u don show me the empty carton before, u forget. i have used it too and i have changed every damn part in the top section of that phone by mysef, both screen and that long curly flex that passed through the twist joint and goes down into the lower section. no be the flex. in short, go sleep.
