I started noticing since yesterday, whenever I finish making call, MTN will show me my last call charge as the total call I've made for the whole day. At first I couldn't believe it, but after many calls, it was certain. Called a friend of mine and he confirmed to be experiencing the same thing.

I've spent more than my daily target today, as I did yesterday, but never got anything. This SIM is going back to where I brought it out from, no doubt.

Anybody experiencing the same thing?

They over charge my bonus account as high as 50kobo per/sec. Mtn is like the devil,no free gift

It has been going on well ever since they started it(500% promo), but just yesterday i noticed they've started scamming me. Guess they want to do the same thing they did with their "Special Number" or whatever scam, which I didn't bother myself subscribing to then.

OP, you are so right. Yours is better with mtn giving you readings at all. Mine stopped counting ages ago no matter the call I make.

Me think its a glitch, happened about two weekends back to me but since then it hasn't been repeated. Only issue is the constant netwk congestion, now I wish they'd never started this 5* thingy, you have to dial and pray you're lucky to sneak in your call on a constantly busy network.

When I used 300 Naira yesterday, I was told I just used 48 Naira. Imagine, and it wasn't like that before until yesterday.

I was thinking of calling their CC but can't imagine myself waiting hours just to talk to someone that may tell me "it's a technical problem, our engineers are working on it."

my daily target is 200bucks but i had to spend 330bucks to get the 1k bonus,i knew it wud get to this,you simply kant believe or trust mtn,they give you a cap and they will want to take your head

I spent 90naira on a straight call yesterday.... And the notification was like 'you have used 0.00 or your daily target, use up to 120.00 to get your 500% bonus' and i was like, wtf

They don't want me to migrate back to friends and family where I was before. Kept sending me msgs dat is not allowed.

I think say na only me. I had 220naira on my phone. I spent about 178 naira making calls, yet MTN tells me that i have spent 66 Naira on calls. My daily amount is 200 naira

As for the 500% bonus, a friend first reported it on 2nd Nov.
Then I found out myself on the 3rd of Nov.
Imagine making a 7 mins call for which u are charged #126
Yet MTN says ur last call was #13
Unbelievable! Once they said my last call was #1.02k after charging me like #80.
I was just laughing.

I noticed it today. I recharged N200,and used it all. Stil the 5star bonus told me i had used only N69. That i needed to use N131 more inorder to enjoy the bonus. I am on mtn pulse, and they almost gave my heart a pulse! Stewpeed idiotic fraudulent bastardz! Dats y dem “boko boyz“ kip blowin dem masts. Twats!
