Position: Insight Executive

We are looking for an Insight Executive to help us conduct surveys, run product tests and discussion groups and work on a variety of projects with many big name consumer clients.

You must be able manage your own time, work to deadlines and organise projects from beginning to end. Multi-tasking is the name of the game. You'll be running qualitative and quantitative research activities with an emphasis on project management and report writing. There is an opportunity to sell insight services so some sales experience would be good.

We're ideally looking for someone with a good relevant degree and 1-2 years research agency experience - both qual and quant - who is looking for a varied role in a fast paced environment. No parenting experience required! Salary according to experience. The role is full-time and based in (the busy and friendly) Mumsnet Towers in Kentish Town NW5.

Position: Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of the site, as well as play an integral part in Mumsnet’s technical strategy.

We want a a detail-orientated, creative problem solver with critical-thinking skills who will be an enthusiastic team leader. The person in this position will be expected to provide high-quality development and management oversight.

Strong project management skills, three years Java development experience and proven knowledge of software design and implementation are also a must.

The role is full-time and based at MNHQ in Kentish Town NW5.
