fellow nairalanders, let's use this forum to learn more of the 3 major languages in Nigeria. If you happened to be in the North tommorow as a Yoruba or Igbo man, how would you deal with communication if the people you are dealing with does not understand English? So, if you are from the North or you are good at the language, kindly teach us here so that we can learn how to speak Hausa. 2 Likes |

ruwa - water. kasuwa - market inakwana - good morning ba gajia - No problem akoi gajia - there is problem naira danlati - 30 naira ki - pronoun for woman ka - pronoun for man yanrinya - young lady pronounciation matters a lot cos a sentence can have so many different meaning. 5 Likes 1 Share |
