It is bcoz u don't brush b4 going to bed. It is more important to brush b4 going to bed than any other time of the day. The best way is, rinse ur mouth with fresh water b4 breakfast, then brush after the bf. for every oda meal, alwayz rinse afta eating or chewing. Finally, u brush after all the bites of the day. In this manner, ur teeth wld be perfect. Brushing more than twice a day wld do more harm than good to U̶̲̥̅̊
r teeth esp if they are not at their best.

Couldn't av said it better myself. There was a time I couldn't even swallow my saliva in the morning till I brushed. All that changed when I started brushing in the morning and night. Those of you that think you can't open your mouth till you've brushed, try brushing @ night and see the difference.
