[b]I have been wondering why we have so many churches in Nigeria, and things keep getting worse. With all the prayers we pray for Nigeria, yet other parts of the world (Asia,Europe and America) who do not pray as much are doing better.

I realized that there are 2 forces in this world, they are "LIGHT AND DARKNESS". What is going on in Nigeria today, is that the darkness is swallowing up the country. that is why there is so much evil going on.

Nigerians keep praying and fasting for things to get better, but the truth is that prayer does not drive darkness away. So Christians stop wasting your time praying for Nigeria, your prayers cant change Nigeria.

Now the question is WHAT WILL DRIVE THE DARKNESS AWAY THEN, IF PRAYER WONT ? The answer can be found in the following scriptures.

Mat 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Mat 5:15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

JESUS did not relate the light to prayers, but to good works. So if want things to change in Nigeria, and the bad news to stop, we must start to shine our light wherever we find ourselves.

its the good works that will change Nigeria, its the good works that will transform our economy, its the good works that will chase the darkness away. [/b]
