It shld take about 20-25mins to drive to ile-titun from dugbe and about 5mins from Nihort. Add an extra 10-15mins if u have to get to elenusonso.

Rent for an average 3bedroom flat ranges from 120k to 170k depending on how exquisite the building is and its distance to the major road. This is not to say that there are no buildings that go for 200k and above.
