Job Summary:

The job requires delivery of creative interior designs for clients; taking measurements of client's spaces, and supervision of interior construction. The role entails full integration of the company’s home/professional appliances with the client’s available building space.

Job Responsibility:

· Develop and prepare competitive Architectural Design (Concept, Development Stage and Detailed) by applying design expertise for various prospective and existing clients.
· understand individual clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
· Carry out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible.
· Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Identify new business and selling services to potential clients
· Inspect and survey buildings.
· Settle schedules for the project

Job requirement:
1. Minimum qualification of HND Architecture from an Accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 2-4years experience
3. Excellent creativity and imagination
4. Ability to Design and interpret concept to clients
5. Good drawing and IT skills
7. Familiar with the use of basic Computer Aided Drafting/ Design softwares
8. Good organizational skills
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills
10. Must be very confident
11. Awareness of technical building issues, and the range of relevant products and materials
