Job Description:

• Handle all logistics operations including deliveries, handling, quality assurance and inventory.
• Take ownership and be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of materials/equipment.
• Develop and implement methodologies to enable effective execution of logistic plans
• Ensure adequate logistic preparedness through contingency planning and continous reviews.
• Liaison with vendors and suppliers to the company.
• Preparation of purchase orders and processing to selected vendors and suppliers.
• Proper filing and book keeping of all Logistics documents to ensure full traceability at all times
• In conjunction with the finance department, verify all inbound invoices against previously raised purchase orders.
• Prepare delivery records for engineers out in field to ensure timely deliveries and correspondence.
. HND in Business Administration or related discipline with 2 years experience in logistic and supply chain
