As 2013 Guinness world record starts, there’ll be a vast number of weird , dangerous, funny and other strange but real stunts topping each other to claim a spot in World records.

One of the earliest additions to 2013 world records is by Olympic hopeful Kenichi Ito, who managed to crawl the 100m on all fours in an astonishing 17.47 seconds.

Known as “the world’s fastest man on four legs”, Kenichi may not be as quick as Usain Bolt or Oscar Pistorius, but he is said to be hopeful his category will be added to the Olympics.

Other participants who gained a spot in the book of world records for 2013 include fifteen-year-old Lachlan Phelps who smashed the record this morning for the longest continuous didgeridoo note ever achieved. The blast lasted for 65.66 seconds.

Some 28 British women who smashed their own record by stuffing themselves into a British classic Mini in London – all in aid of Children in Need.
