Germany based transmitting
station has been subjected to
severe interruptions by agents
of the Government of Nigeria
since the legal suit against
Nigeria filed by Bilie Human
Rights Initiative at the Federal
High Court Owerri Division was
called up on the 30th of
October 2012. The dedicated
winter frequency allocated to
Radio Biafra have since the
above date been permanently
jammed by the BBC at the exact
time Radio Biafra is on air.
This is part of the continuing
effort by the Federal
Government of Nigeria and her
agents to silence Radio Biafra
which is the only global voice
that Igbos have, in order to
suppress the true scale of the
killings directed against Igbo
people living in Nigeria by
Islamic fanatics. The post war
agenda of Nigeria and her
rulers to stifle debate,
discussion and awareness on
issues concerning Biafra
continues unabated. This new
phase of technological warfare
directed against Radio Biafra is
indicative of the fact that
Nigerian government prefer
violence to normal peaceful
political discourse.
Nigeria must therefore desist
from undertaking inflammatory
actions such as interfering with
Radio Biafra signal if it is
serious about upholding
democratic ideals as enshrined
in its constitution.

Everybody is complaining about poor signal. I had to stop searching during yesterday's broadcast due to bad signal. This is unacceptable. Every right thinking person must condemn this act.
