Whilst it is human to err, a president has to exercise caution and discretion in words and actions.
Some of you peeps can say, so what’s the big deal after all he corrected the misinformation.
The “Benghazigate” in America currently is not so much that American diplomats were killed in Libya, but the misinformation that came from the presidency’s source afterwards.
The question you guys should ask yourselves is “what about the damage already done?”

The media didn't lie about the alleged Boko Haram dialogue, the Manitoba contract and they also didn't lie about Patience's health. Government aides gave press statements unless you want to say those ones too were manufactured?

u dey mind am?? The President of the country, an innocent bystander? Can u imagine? Even me wey no be councillor, if someone comes out to speak falsehood on my behalf, i'll come out to deny it & if possible, sanction the person. So, failure of Mr President to do this doesnt make him an innocent bystander, but rather, an accomplice/action initiator (as is likely the case here) or a COWARD who can't call his subordinates to order.

Bros don't get me wrong, I am not supporting GEJ but these incidents indicate that there is a disconnect somewhere in the lines of communication in Aso Rock & this isn't good because if we can't trust the aides of GEJ to tell us what is going on accurately, heresay and half truths will be the order of the day which is an invitation to anarchy.
