That's true. I loaded N400 and subscribed for the 1 week plan expecting to have zero Naira remaining but noticed a balance of N100. |

I was led to believe that one could you Airtel BIS on any mobile device. I bought a new line, registered it, loaded it with airtime and sent the short code for BIS subscription using my Samsung Galaxy. My airtime was debited immediately and I started browsing. Not knowing that they were instead, charging my main account. Network disconnected immediately the airtime was exhausted. Now I can't browse with the line.  Is there anything I'm not doing right? |

Now I can't browse with the line.i have been doing what you described above without any issues for months now without any issues or loss of airtime. did you get a confirmation that BIS has been activated on your line before you started browsing? |
