A psychiatric doctor was teaching his patients to ascertain their sanity alphabets n wat they stand for. For each alphabet he drew wat they stood for on the board. He taught from letters A to K and told them to go for break that wen they return they will continue from letter L and he drew a lorry on the board. Only for him to return back to the class n met all of them except one pushing the lorry he drew on the board. He was amazed at their actions n then he thought to himself "really these guys are still mentally sick but this other one who did not join them is normal". So he asked him (the assumed normal guy) thus:
Doctor: My friend why didnt u join the others in pushing the lorry?

Patient: Dont mind them they should keep pushing it. The key to start the lorry is in my pocket.
