Following rapid growth we are looking for new talent with top level experience in structured credit products, fixed income derivatives and corporate finance to join our fast growing team of specialists.

Our highly experienced team of consultants have many years expertise at a senior level across most areas of banking and finance. The team includes professionals with extensive soft skills expertise. Our services include specialist banking training programmes from graduate entrants up to board members, coaching, strategy and business implementation.

We operate globally, with offices in the UK (near Guildford and in the City) and Hong Kong. We wish to recruit bankers (or ex-bankers) with at least five years of front office experience
to run courses within structured credit products, fixed income derivatives and corporate finance. Our clients expect, and receive from us, the highest level of quality. We deliver this by hiring professionals with strong market credibility, combined with deep, current and practical expertise and with excellent ability to communicate.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
• First class knowledge of structured banking products and markets
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to stay at the cutting edge of financial markets
• An ability to communicate highly complex concepts in simple and insightful ways
• Market experience – experience of running a course is not required
