People in searches and discoveries have shown possibility of using unlocked modem of any network to browse with any sim with a nokia PC suite installed.I have tried it, it works perfectly

yea, it works.it is even more efficient to use some time. install nokia pc suite, insert sim into the modem and make sure it reads or identify the sim but you may not connect it there. Then open nokia pc suite and connect. In the connect pop up you will see different network with the default settings, pick on your own which is inside the modem and connect. If your own is not there you can do manual settings which is possible and easy to do. This works for all GSM/GPRS.

If it is Huawei Modem, post the IMEI number to help you unlock it.

You can edit or create a new profile on your device. Go to settings and then mobile network or something like that and you should be able to do it. Thank you.

I'm seriously angry with AIRTEL now. I did 2 in 1 and with about 2.2GB remaining. I used it on a laptop last night and to my greatest surprise when i check the data i found out that there was no data bandwidth again on it and i checked the data my laptop consumed it was about 300 something MB. Who has experienced this before? Where is the remaining Gigabyte AIRTEL? Or else. You sure will regret this because i subscribed so i won't be looking else where for loopholes.

Just like I said in the other thread, it means the modem is likely a non unlock modem. Some recent huawei modem are unlockable, example is the glo bolt modem. Thank you.
