Is AIRTEL having data connectivity issues?
I used to have a Samsung SL phone which I used as my modem before
Sadly it was stolen on last Friday
I got myself an LG Optimus P880 as a replacement over the weekend, retrieved my AIRTEL SIM on Monday but it has been hellish using it as a modem
The speed is wack, the connection is abysmal and I'm almost tearing my hair out
Is it AIRTEL abi na my new LG phone?

Why not simply get a good android phone. Blackberries and windows phones (nokia lumia) don't support tethering (hot spot data sharing with PC) But all android devices do.

And what's more; you can get android devices that are way cheaper than windows phone or blackberry.

Just an advice.

if you want internet sharing via wifi, get an android phone or an HTC windows phone. I use an htc dash 3G but i would advice you to get an HTC TOUCH PRO 2. still androids are the best.

I really prefer Andriods

symbian belle still rock, i can share unlimited wifi to any client both pc and phone on my nokia E6 but i still salute android phones.

i thought is only my pc...at times it very fast and after some minutes it get slow and have to wait some few seconds

My own is not even on pc but, on Android phone. The network is very terrible compared to Glo free G-BAM I am now using. Location is Yola.

Pls help! Aside from Opera mini, my Android browser and all flash enabled browsers don't browse on airtel BB social subscription of #1200 on my device. Streaming, downloading, playstore and others work fine except flash enabled browsers. Is any Android user here experiencing same?

You don't need any settings. Just put your Sim card and start browsing.

No special plans for Android devices as they use normal internet subscription.
