congratulation!!! But a call center is not a good career Choice in the long term. Please don't ever get comfortable working in a call center. Use it as a spring board for other jobs. If you spent five years in a call center and something happens where else can you work?? A call center again, that's narrow. Speaking from by brothers experience. All the best.

yes, that's thesame mail I got as well. I also got an sms which clearly states 30/10/2013. So that already clears the air.
