It is now a norm for our football association to employ the services of our former players as a member of our technical crew. http://odili.net/news/source/2006/apr/21/310.html A good player may not necessary be a good Coach. Is it an advisable venture?

I read that,World best players make the worst Technical crew and the teams they coach are mostly the basement of every league! Is it true? And if true why not use their former skills to make their clubs be on top! |

For too long the FA have been critized for not making use of past players and including poeple with little or no experience of the game in the whole set-up Now i think they have done it - IN A WRONG WAY!! They should start with the NFA set-up |
