Mr Udofia is said to be a business man and a philanthropist and yesterday generously donated $150.000 (about 24.000.000 Naira) to a troubled neighborhood in Toronto where young black gangsters kill each other often and there was a mass shooting there earlier this year!

This very kind man was said to have relocated to Canada just 2 years ago and according to him was shocked to see the level of poverty and violence in this area of the city.

i understand, but he appeared to have also done a lot in Nigeria from what i have read about him when i researched him...for example check this online report on the same man:

http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/society-happenings/79144/

This is from a Nigerian Newspaper "THISDAY"

"...he was honoured with the Outstanding Achievement Award in Entrepreneur at the prestigious Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, London.
The award, instituted to honour institutions and individuals who have contributed meaningfully to developmental causes in Africa is being conferred on Udofia in recognition of his various community development programmes which have captured the interest of many development enthusiasts both within Nigeria and beyond."

But i am personally happy that a Nigerian is doing great good with his own money he worked hard for and, that way...people will know that there are also great and kind Nigerians apart from the ones outsiders mostly know as fraudsters!! so, how is this not a good thing for Nigeria??

didnt the bible say that a good name is better than riches or something like that...
