Today, we share tips on how to lighten your lips. Its a common complaint among Africans due to our weather condition, that their lips gradually darken. This could be due to so many other factors though, but we are not going to emphasize on that. Let’s seek for solutions. Enjoy!!!


DIY LIP LIGHTENER

This will lighten up your lips while keeping them protected against the sun. Be sure to use this everyday all day and you will see results in a week!

What you will need is:

1. Small container

2. Lemon juice

3. Lemon oil

4. Chap stick with SPF or any type of lip balm with SPF

5. Spoon

In the container, place the chap stick or lip balm add a 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice and a drop of lemon oil. Mix together till smooth. you place in fridge to set up for 30 mins. you can add more of the lemon juice if the mixture is not smooth.

WARNING: ADDING TOO MUCH LEMON OIL WILL BURN YOUR LIPS. USE MINIMAL AMOUNT
