Rents range from 2-3m per annul depending on the type of apartment (Studio flat, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom flats) excluding agency and commission.

There are also serviced furnished flats ranging from 25k per day upwards depending on the type and duration.

The cost drops if the short lease period is long. See pictures of a 3 bedroom flat short leased last week for one month.

The short let market is a growing revolution in the real estate market in Lagos especially on the Island and 1004 is a key play ground mostly for expatriates, entertainment stars and business executives.

Short lets are quietly competing with hotels because its provides more freedom for the client (based on my discussion with some clients). Its truly home away from home.

Confirmed uninterrupted power supply. Except ofcourse if you run out of units in your prepaid meter.

The cost per PHCN energy unit is higher there. Residence are billed as high category users.

The place is well organized with cluster managers managing the facilities in each cluster.

Your light can not go off during periodic maintenance without them preinforming you first with hours or a day's notice.

It's relative, Seun. Although, the low rise cluster is preferable. The last time, there was an outage last month, I had to take the 14 flight staircase. (7th Floor).
