It once happnd to me...it either ur sd file ddnt finish downloading or u ddnt extract it properly...jux uninstall n redownload, den make use of zarchiver or b1 free achiver only to extract it to d ryt folder n play.

Itx only wen it lagx u can now refer to ya ram

fifa 12 also force closes if you don't have enough space on ur memory card because after installing it and putting the data file in d right place, it will open but force closes immediately...so make sure u have enough space like 2gb...then play it...

depends on the size of the pes ypu downloaded but the commentary generally is not much just the normal intro at the beginning, goals, end of match and some others.

You can make video calls on skype with the phones with front camera.
