the solution am proposing as we don't have wi-fi in nigeria include 2 options.

1. If u use an android device, u can make your device as a mobile hotspot and hence be connected to wi-fi and hope the person you calling is connected to wi-fi too

2. if u have a laptop that is connected, u can make your laptop a virtual router by downloading the software virtual router manager from (http://virtualrouter.codeplex.com/), install the application, rnable your wi-fi and be connected through your modem or LAN connection and your BB device is voice chat ready. But as usual ur called party must also be connected to wi-fi.
