If you want to remain in the engineering line, please do go for your masters.

Well, that will be difficult to say because it depends on a lot of factors which includes school, coursework/number of semesters, project work, specialization, etc. School fees in Nigeria vary depending on school e.g. OAU charges a lot less than UNILAG. But most MSc programmes are more expensive than BSc programmes.
I will advise you to seek scholarships around (i.e if you graduate with a 2-1 or first class). Many abound, both local and foreign such as PTDF (local and foreign), Agip (local and foreign), ExxonMobil (local and foreign), Total IFP programme, commonwealth scholarships, etc. That can help.
