2. Women’s Footballer of the Year (Chinwedu Ihezuo – Nigeria, Genoveva Anoman – Equitorial Guinea, Portia Modise – South Africa)

3. Women’s National Team of the Year (Equatorial Guinea, Ghana U-17, Nigeria U-20)


4. Club of the Year (Al-Ahly – Egypt, Esperance – Tunisia, AC Leopards – Congo, Djoliba – Mali)

5. Most Promising Talent of the Year (Mohammed Salah – Egypt, Moussa Konate – Senegal, Victor Wanyama – Kenya)

6. Coach of the Year (Herve Renard – Zambia, Hossam El Bady – Al-Ahly, Nabil Maaloul – Esperance, Joseph Morius OMOG, AC Leopards)

The highpoint of today’s awards will be the emergence of the African Footballer of the Year which is being vied for by Yaya Toure of the Ivory Coast, [b]Didier Drogba [/b]also from Ivory Coastand Alexandre Song from Cameroon.
