According to (KJV)Romans 13 vs 1 '' let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ORDAINED of God. (New living translation) ''Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God,and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God". Were evil rulers like Idi-amin,hitler,stalin,mobutu,sani abacha,samuel doe,charles taylor,pharoah,herod ordained/estabished by God. Will christians not go to hell by criticising corrupt leaders/rulers, what pleasure those God enjoy in establishing evil men like herod who commanded that babies should be killed in an attempt to destroy Jesus. Can this scripture be twisted to mean another thing?

He persecuted Xtians almost into extinction. Why would God ordain a leader that would kill his flock?
