Ifynwabs:akpu with onugbo+fish---monday amala with ewedu + goat meat ---tuesday ogi + agege bread ----wednesday beans + soaking garri---thursday garri + okro ----friday saturday----Gym,watch ya weight,no food. rice + stew +dodo +kpomo ---sunday. @poster,hope this helps  on a serious note,i think the cereals,grains,fruits,oats and milk,bread with a little spreading(butter,mayonnaise,jam, etc) wont be a bad idea for breakfast.the type of work you do too goes a long way to determine what you eat.whatever,dont ever skip breakfast ! |

In the morning I think one need a hot tea or coffee with some slized toast bread. heavy food is not good to start the day with. Medically milk is not healthy if you check it well cause it's not from a human body rather an animal. |
