Job Title: Business Analyst  (Retail Banking)

Description:  Provide Customer Intelligence/ Analytics and management information for effective decision making and business strategy in the retail banking division. It includes co-ordination of retail banking market / external research with customer behaviour analytics to provide, end to end view of market and customer information for retail business strategy

Profile and Qualification

a) MBA , BSc/ MSc in in Statistics/ Acturial Science, Statisitics, Economics or Finance
b) At least two years experience in Business Analysis and Customer Intelligence preferably in the service industry with a culture of customer intelligence and analytics
c) Market research management experience
d) Business Case Development and Business Planning Experience.
e) Strong team and Interpersonal Skills. Must recognise that the critical KPI for the job is the level of decision-support service provided for market-facing  internal customers . Candidate will also work with other functions especially IT to source / mine data and build required systems support for Customer Analytics and Intelligence.
f) Strategic Thinking
