Lemme share my short story,i finished secondary school in 2010 and have made all my papers in the previous year ,i applied for my first jamb ,i had 223 in my first attempt and later apply for OAU postutme to study med nd surg and i was given 246 ,i forfeited the admission due to reason God knows.

The next year i had to prepare harder ,i read almost day and night and when the result was released i scored 256 ,i was happy that this would secure me a place in a federal university in nigeria to pursue my dream course,i applied for unilag postutme as my first choice and delsu as my second ,i sat for unilag postume ,scored 76.50 but wasnt given admission meanwhile some of my friends that we wrote the postutme together were admitted though their scores is very low compared to mine,i became frustrated.i have to console myself and to gather myself up ,i started preparing for the next jamb ,i covered all the syllabuses more than 4 times so as to have a better score,scored 268, applied for unilag postutme for the second time,scored 73.5,hoping my name will come up on the list but my expectation was cut short when the cutoff mark was released ,i begin to think 'a snake has a hand inside' ,i thought i wasn't destined to become a medical doctor,i started thinking i have committed a grave sin that has been hindering my progress,different thoughts flows through my mind,i almost loss faith in God,i prayed and cried for countless nights.

I didnt prepare well for this year jamb because of the discouragement from the previous year but was determined that it is going to be my last,i scored 243 ,apply for unilag postutme and scored 87.5 ,i begin to think my prayer is being answered,i passed the cut off mark and my name came out on MBBS merit list ,i was the happiest soul on earth ,words cant express how happy ,

so my advice to those that didnt make the list ,dont be discouraged ,your time will never pass you,put your hope and trust in God and be sure that he will answer you in due time.
