YEAH! you do it according to the risk involve on both side(the drowning fellow and you), survival chance and how important they are to the immediate family. For instance there are some wife that is much more beneficial to the whole family than some brothers/sisters and their are some brother/sister that are more important to the survival of the whole family @ large than some wives. Though no one deserve to die but some can be sacrifice for other.
