Please, why do you think people overspend in December, They withdraw lotta money from their account to do things that could have been done even before then. They get their contribution and make sure they spend all their savings, and start enduring come January. Why?

Is it that they don't have that saving culture, or believe 2012 money should go with it lols. Just saying and I wanna know?
