Mine is Sprite. I take an average of 2bottles per day, and I think that's a lot. Looking for how to wean myself of it too. |

My aunt is also an addict she drinks 9 coca cola bottles a day but ma aunt is too smart to be conquered by senator diabetis cuz she has one herbal drink she usually takes to totally neutralises her sugar level. . .she's been an addict for over 17years and will keep drinking coke till she grows old and gives up the ghost or jesus comes. . .either ways she's going to coke paradise  |

I was once addicted to coke. I resorted to drinking water. It was not easy for me at first cos at that time, when I see coke I just wanna grab it and run but I succeeded in stopping myself by drinking from the ever present bottle of water with me. Try it 1 Like |

Coke is seriously addictive, please try and control it. Try not to have nay coke around you so u dnt gt tempted and if you are a man it cld hurt by lack of erection if u r a man. Too mch sugar isnt gud 4ur system. |

The best way to break your addiction to coke is to find a good substitute for it. Orange or banana will be okay. Whenever u feel the urge to take coke,just take orange or banana. After sometime u will overcome the addiction; u will even hate to see coke. Apart from saving money, fruit is good for your health. |

Its that easy. 9 years on and still counting, I have neither tasted coke nor sugar. I had to cure my addiction problem in 2003 when I become jittery & fidgetty at around 10am in the morning if I had not taken at least a bottle of coke at that time. If I taste any food with sugar or drink any soft drink, na toilet I go sleep throughout that day, because the stooling no go end till in 3 days time. Encourage yourself, strong your mind and enjoy a sugar-free life. |

Pls let your sister try and break the coke habit rather than damage her health deliberately and try to repair it. |

Do you know why ? There was a particular study that shows that almost 55% of the human populatiOn on earth consumes this liquid substance called Coke or its Other peers ! Coke also cOntains a chemical substance which has additives and trace elements which could be found in coffee ! Caffein. So the more coke,the more addicted you'll get,its the exact involuntary stimulus reaction for those who do smoke cigarretes as the same trace compounds are present in cigarettes. So reduce the number of cOke,and yòur back and waists will forever be happy and grateful to you because Of the sugar and not really the caffenated chemical in coke ! Try see a psycologists if symptoms persist. |

My dear, drink as many bottles u can in a day...maybe u can make it up to 10 bottles , then go for Deliverance once a month after all with God all things are Possible....as u no like yourself now. U better stop drinking Coke o, unless you want to die young.that's my own harsh way of saying, you are important to your family , boyfriend , Nigeria and Nairaland plus me too..lol so please stop or better still take GREEN TEA after taking any sweet thing, it helps a lot. |
