Why deceive ourselves when it's obvious that Delta collects high allocation(DERIVATION, NNDC, etc) yet nothing can be seen as proves. Call a spade a spade Delta ain't WORKING! If u're close to the gov'nor tell him if can capitalise on the small cities as created by regions(WARRI, SAPELE, UGHELLI, AGBOR, etc) in the state men other states will follow suit. I'm not proud of the state it is!
