I am a Fulani from north West Africa, and I find the insinuations about the Fulanis on this site excruciatingly painful, maddeningly repulsive and utterly bereft of logic. I happen to be one of the best writers to come out of the African and has written a lot about African politics and co-authored a text book used in universities across the USA where I live. I plan to write counter-argument articles to expose the mendacity of the tribal bigot who wrote such vile and nauseating articles daring to defame my people; the Fulanis.

The reason why the Fulanis feel no sentimental attachment to others in Africa is because they are non-negroes. The fulanis were the chief slave raiders during the slave trade, capturing and selling negroes such as the Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw etc to the Europeans. This is why people believe that ‘Africans sold other Africans’ or ‘Africans sold themselves’ when in reality it was non-negroes such as the Fulani, the Taureg, the Arabs and Berbers raiding, capturing and selling negroes. These non-negroes are not native to Africa they are the descendants of invaders and have no sentimental attatchment to negroes. The Fulanis, Arabs, Tuaregs etc were given guns by the Europeans while the negroes had no weapons only spears and arrows. This is the same today, the Fulanis buy weapons from Europe and America and use the weapons to subjugate the negroes and use islam to justify their behaviour. The Europeans and Americans rule indirectly through the Fulanis.
