I was interviewed by 4 persons. I did not find out about the time they ll get back to us. I hope they get back to us soon.

There is nothing to worry about. The two stages we had earlier were tougher. Just know your cv by heart n u will be fine.

Are you a trainee applicant or experienced hire??
Heard from a RELIABLE source that Lagos/south west & Abuja/north cen have been staffed(next couple of months)to capacity and any recruitment done thereafter will not be mass but on a NEED basis to accomodate shortfalls. South east/south and core north on the other hand are presently where the focus are.
If you can get someone to forward your CV to the right people and you don't mind those locations,then go for it or better still explore other opportunities for NOW cos its likely to be a lonnngg wait.
Get a 2nd opinion to be sure.

I was told that the bank has enough hands in these locations @ d moment & would only call people as the need arises,was also told some people just resumed(which you confirmed) and CVs would no longer be accepted en masse and only the people that the bank specifically need will be interviewed and called as they have filled up the spaces left by the exited staff and I hate to be the bearer of unpalatable news but I've had this info for close to three weeks,I only spoke up cos I just felt like letting people know what's going on.
It doesn't necessarily entail that all has been done and dusted,it just means it will not be everybody @ the same time,maybe 2 people later some branches will request & they'll call 3 more and so on....
I didn't ask about trainees though and pls don't take my word as the gospel truth but my source is impecable..

My 1st interview was on 12th Oct....they ask for states I will not likE to go..
