Budget Range Varies a Lot. before you give a budget range you need to do an extensive understanding of what the Size of land is, Location of land and Quality of finish Intended,

A house that was Built for N65m can also be built for N40m, depending on all this factors.

You are looking at from 55m From Start to complete finish. Figures go as higher as quality increases. A design of same plan was finished in Lekki for 68m Early this year.

I would like to make a request.

For the recently completed project that cost N68m, can you work backwards and give me the construction cost/square meter? First off how many bedrooms does the building have? Also indicate the type of foundation used.

Also specify the total floor area (not just the building footprint) per floor, the roof type, type of finishes used for the floor, windows, doors etc
